Graham Brett
Founder & Managing Director

Graham Brett’s journey in property began in 2004 when he established an investment business spanning properties from central London to the North West of England. Overseeing a large-scale refurbishment programme, he not only increased the portfolio’s value but also laid the foundation for what would become Bubcait Developments.

Alongside his property ventures, Graham built a successful career in banking, working within the corporate and commercial division of a major bank. He managed complex, unsecured, eight-figure funding structures in the mergers and acquisitions sector, delivering results under tight deadlines. This experience provided the expertise in financial structuring and stakeholder management that underpins Bubcait Developments’ ability to execute projects efficiently and effectively.

In 2016, he expanded his expertise by founding a commercial finance brokerage, working closely with property developers. This gave him first-hand insight into market opportunities, investment risks, and the evolving landscape of property development.

Recognising the untapped potential in commercial-to-residential conversions, Graham launched Bubcait Developments to repurpose underutilised buildings into high-quality, affordable homes. He explains:

“There is an incredible opportunity to transform commercial buildings into beautiful residential spaces while preserving their heritage. At Bubcait Developments, we’ve built a team of specialists with the knowledge and experience to maximise the value of these properties. Our approach not only allows us to offer competitive prices for commercial buildings but also ensures strong returns for our private investors—many of whom are long-standing friends and family.”

A strong advocate for integrity and transparency, Graham is committed to building a lasting legacy for his family. Away from property, he is passionate about Tottenham Hotspur and competitive backgammon, with his club securing the London League title in 2023 and finishing as runners-up in 2024.
