Bubcait Developments was founded on over two decades of experience in the property sector. As an experienced investor with a varying portfolio, founder Graham Brett now focuses his time on commercial-to-residential conversion projects where he can maximise value whilst balancing risk and reward. By assembling a team of specialists, he has created a business that transforms neglected commercial properties into high-quality homes.

With growing political and economic support for development, our projects contribute to urban regeneration while increasing the supply of much-needed housing. We focus on underutilised commercial buildings, ensuring each development benefits both investors and the wider community.

Having the right team of specialists is key to our success, and following a robust selection process, we now have in place professionals with over 100+ years of experience across the key disciplines of planning , architecture, quantity surveying , structural engineering , project management and legals. The team is supported by our non executive advisors , who have over 40+ years experience of property development and investment.

Our Approach

We specialise in projects within the London Home Counties, with a particular focus on a 90-minute radius of Junction 26 of the M25, covering areas along the A12, A13, M11, and the northern M25 corridors. Most developments range from 4 to 20 units, carefully selected for their low planning risk. This allows us to complete projects efficiently and often pay a premium for the properties we develop. While commercial-to-residential conversion remains our primary focus, we consider select development opportunities on a case-by-case basis.
